Synopsis

A desperate young man snaps against the elements of society that made him — abusive parents, unpaid loan sharks, and a life with no future. His quest for revenge gets complicated by the most disruptive thing of all — love. Sion Sono’s dystopian coming-of-age tale adapts the manga from Minoru Furuya, and sets it among the apocalyptic ruins of natural disaster.
