Synopsis

Muttering in a darkened room, Sion Sono, controversial director of SUICIDE CLUB and HIMIZU, builds up to an existential scream as he leaves the womb and announces himself to the world: I AM SION SONO (37 min). Then, in A MAN’S FLOWER ROAD (111 min), a young man desperately, futilely, flees through the streets of Tokyo to escape the one thing he will never lose — his past.
