Synopsis

Jacques Demy’s LOLA pulses with a bittersweet romantic vibe that permeates every frame of the film. A major inspiration to Wong Kar-wai, LOLA is about a young man falling in love again with a woman (Anouk Aimée) he had known years earlier, only to have life interfere in a thousand ways.
