Synopsis

Two young women sit in a café. A man and a woman share a dance in a nightclub. A collection of everyday moments is spun into a mesmerizing assemblage of encounters as Angela Schanelec (I WAS AT HOME, BUT…) captures a summer’s passing through a series of austere static shots of an endlessly expanding constellation of Berliners in the life of Valerie (Ursina Lardi), a writer who has decided to remain in the city for the season. Also starring Berlin School regular, Devid Striesow.
